2 - Request Perceptive Wellness Intro Guide

Request your Perceptive Wellness Guide ebook (in PDF format). Journal the questions listed in that guide to define your wellness intentions prior to your Wellness Goals Conversation session with Wellness Mentor - Brenda Green. The link will allow you to schedule an appointment for this deep listening session. The calendar will bold the dates and times that are available. (usually no more than one month out from today.

Conversations are normally 45 minutes.

The guide will prepare you for our time together. This is a deep listening time, so please be in a quiet space. Earphones may be helpful, depending on your environment and preference.

Check out the “Book Club” to get started on the foundation of wellness, 10 self-care habits. It is designed to practice one habit for a week. Aim for a B-, not mastery.
