Watch the video. Be aware of the times you think you are hungry two to three hours after a meal (food dropping down from the stomach into the intestines). As Cate Stillman says, “Your not hungry, you’re just thirsty!” That is cue for drink water. If that is not enough, use an activity as a distraction.
