why Pinterest ?

My goals are a global reach to do quantum energy healings. I am in training and practicing the techniques to guide people in self-healing. As we learn to open our hearts, pay attention to our breath and breathing , learning how to balance our bodies - we can heal. Pinterest allows me that global reach. I love finding resources and sharing them for anyone on that search.

Ayurveda - what is it?

Full understanding of mind, body, spirit that can integrate into oneself and with Western medicines. It is self-healing, not a band aid or a bunch of pills to take. It is all about designing the life you want, based on balancing your body by making intelligent, healthy choices. This is not an overnight, drastic change. The steps to maintain or regain health are in the form of small steps to get there. It helps one mind shift from old habits, toward the new ones as we learn to integrate them as “easy to do” habits.

10 habits that will create healthier habits that are doable. This isn’t a dramatic change and you do not have to become a vegan to benefit from these techniques that are available from Cate Stillman’s book, “Body Thrive” (no affiliate link). We explore and become familar with the habits via Cate Stillman’s book: Body Thrive. I host the book club. It is a great start! This is the solid foundation to build your self healings on.
